Greetings, I am looking for part-time online customer support that can type in Traditional Chinese.
This is going to be a monthly job, so only apply if you are looking for a long term stable job.

Your responsibilities are:
1. Reply to customers emails
2. Reply to Instagram dm and fb messenger.


3. Verify Customer orders through email (wrong phone number, wrong name, etc.)
4. Upload orders to our system.

This position may lead to a full-time position.

Information about the company.
We are a sports supplement company and we have 2 main brands.
In total we are receiving about:
1.

20 Emails per day
2. 30 dm and fb messenger per day
3. About 5 orders with errors per day
