We are seeking enthusiastic and self-motivated professionals to join our team for our residential outbound telemarketing campaign.

Outbound telemarketing experience will be required for this Job. Please highlight your Outbound telemarketing experience in your application.

Your job will be to sell Ink & Toner Cartridges to Australian B2B customers.

Key Responsibilities for this role: -

1. Cold calling Australian residential B2B (Calling data, CRM & calling system will be provided to you).

2. Build rapport with the customer.

3. Establish a connection of trust with customer by gaining their confidence.

4. Discuss with customers

5. Explain the potential savings consumables

6. Handle customer Objections and take the conversation to next level.


7. Engage your Leads or potential customers by consistent follow ups via call, sms & email.

8. Email the quotes and product brochures to customers.

9. Regular meetings and communication with your supervisor for support and feedback.

10. Close the sales.
