Hay que modificar una web ya hecha, css, html ,javascript, svg , incorporar video de fondo y el usuario podria agregarle un filtro de color sobre, cambiar comportamientos en la interacción. O se puede ver la posibilidad de adaptarla a progresive web app.
Aclaración, si bien se necesita interacción es una pagina estática y temporal para un evento en particular: no se necesita bd, ni login, funcionaria a modo kiosko.
