This is a very important position for our company! We are looking for someone who is a self starter, honest, hard working, dependable, smart and a quick learner. We are a Christ centered company that has a strong desire to build our brand by giving back to the community.


Hours have some flexibility Monday - Friday 15-20 hours per week.

Requirements:

GOOD Knowledge of Quickbooks Online - including A/R, A/P, payroll, taxes, bank recs, reports, etc...
Microsoft Office (word, excel, power point)
Typing 60 + wpm, 10 key
Organized, efficient, self starter, honest, positive and dependable.

Duties Include:

Daily entry in Quickbooks, Invoicing, A/P, payroll & payroll taxes.
Scheduling demos, promotions and events.
Calling on accounts, customers and vendors.


Fundraising events.
Online orders of product,
Sales management and tracking.
Website and Social Media management
Daily operations of business
