Permisos Web y depurar codificacion para Timbrar Cfdi

Tengo una aplicacion para timbrar cfdi desarrollada en php y scriptcase.
La Aplicacion timbra bien de forma local me muestra Warnings pero genera los archivos pdf y xml correctamente.
Pero cuando intento timbrar en Web, es decir cuando subo la codificacion a una pagina, me marca errores tipo Warning en Scriptcase y no genera ni pdf ni xml.
Requiero quitar los mensajes de warning, capturar los mensajes de errores que se generen del lado del pac (ya se cuenta con las rutinas), activar y validar la codificación para cancelar cualquier cfdi generado.
