Olá, aqui é a Clara da Workana! Um de nossos clientes enterprise, uma multinacional de produtos de saúde, está em busca de um PMO/Coordenador de Projetos Latam para um projeto de grande relevância organizacional, com duração de 1 ano com possibilidade de estender.

Job Description:

This position will have a close contact with senior leaders not only internal to J&J but also to the extent of external customers.
Also it´s expected for the individual to lead projects with excellence and also capabilities enhancement for the group in a local and global perspective.
It´s part of the routine to develop complex business case to support the regional and global strategy taking into consideration deal jewels.

Work in a logistic area in partnership with Supply Chain and Commercial teams to effectively integrates acquired business or transition divested businesses to the buyers, acting as project PMO
Coordinates project team and project resources to ensure execution of the action plan, ensure flawless project execution milestone schedule, Final Project objectives and scope agreed upon during formal Project Kick Off and track progresses with core team on weekly basis.
Coordinate and connect all Logistic functions towards projects goals (Quality, Finance, Customer Service, Operations, IT and others).
Examples of key activits that will be coordinate by the BD Manager:
- Strategy definition and execution.
- Inventory moves to buyer minimizing impact on operations.
- Execution of transition service agreement. 
- Inventory build up and cutover plan to support transition to buyer.
- Development and delivery of set of data to support potential upcoming transition business deals.
- Evaluate transition costs.
- Develop mitigation strategy for transition costs.

-Connecting with stakeholders and core team
-Criating and executing clear presentations
-Passing right visibility to Senior Leadership (Steering Committee)
-Managing project timeline
-Managing financial controls (savings and costs calculation)
-Lead regional meetings
-Being part of Global Core Team

Experience/Knowledge Required:
-Certifications: PMI or Agile (nice to have, it´s not mandatory)
-Project management skills.
-Previous experience in large scale in acquisition/ divestures or organizational change projects will be a plus
-Language: Fluent in English (written and spoken) MUST/Spanish is as SHOULD
-Be able to build a robust project plan and lead implementation covering all stages (Initiation, Plan,
Execution/Monitoring and Closing), in order to define with key stakeholders, the Final Project Objectives and key deliverables for each workstream.
