Identify top channels for top of the funnel growth and help execute marketing campaigns for user acquisition - frame hypothesis, experiments and test to find the right levers to grow further on top of existing user base Understand the different customer segments and their needs, even for existing users.
Conduct consumer interviews and initiate approaches in tune with consumer needs to further in the direction of achieving key KPIs.
Bring perspective and understanding of local & regional nuances to a global operation.
Help localize the experience for users in the market by identifying aspects of the product and marketing which need more localization.
Working with cross-functional teams to implement those actions.
Conduct localization audit and action plan. Ideate and execute (with help of other teams) local marketing campaigns including in-app activities, ASO optimisation, influencer campaigns, lifecycle campaigns Plan and schedule in-app content: editing tutorials, hashtags, templates, banners.
Partnerships: Explore possible partnerships (brands, services, influencers) which can help generate user awareness and user acquisition.
Internship Requirements and Qualifications:
Local or has resided for a long time in Mexico
Excellent communication skills including writing in both English and local language
Currently studies or has a background in Marketing, Business, Communications or any related field
Comfortable with deriving insights out of data Based in Mexico
Ideally available full time (but can discuss part time as well)
