Product Owner / It Team Lead (Crypto / Blockchain)

You will be responsible for the next generation of Defi Dapps launched at TokenMinds. Work in an international team of passionate blockchain professionals and be our main person to handle technical development.

The most important thing is to be familiar with at least one blockchain technology like Ethereum so that you can hit the ground running to develop, launch and maintain new Dapps.

Responsibilities

Helping the dev team maintain the product backlog in a way that ensures the needed work is well understood so the team can continually make forward progress
Helping the team to determine the definition of done for the product, with input from key stakeholders
Coaching the team, in order to deliver high-quality features for its product
Promoting self-organization and cross-functionality within the team
Facilitating team events to ensure regular progress
Overseeing development stages and releases
Anticipating client’s needs
Acting as primary liaison
Evaluating product progress at each iteration
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in information security, computer science, or related.
At least two years experience as a product owner or IT team lead.
Advanced proficiency in AWS and server admin systems.

Knowledge of blockchain protocols, especially regarding smart contracts on Ethereum and other EVM networks.
Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
Superb organizational skills and keen attention to detail.

Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
