Necesito desarrollar una aplicación para iphone, en la cual solo abra una pantalla inicial con un fondo y un boton para ingresar a otra pantalla, donde haya un navegador web embebido, que apunte a cierta dirección web.

Es algo muy simple de realizar, por eso el precio que puse para el proyecto.

Necesito me entreguen codigo fuente y compilación y descripción de las herramientas que usaron para compilar.
