Tengo una tienda virtual ya desarrollada en este lenguaje (JAVA), pero le faltan aditamentos como poner foto del producto y configurar bien el costo de envío y peso, de acuerdo a la empresa de mensajería y el código en cuanto a diseño es muy sobrio.

Yo proporcionaría el diseño en html, css y jquery, para que integre. Me interesaría saber cuál sería su mejor costo y qué tiempo les llevaría (estimado) realizar estos cambios, quedo en espera de sus comentarios, gracias.
