Necesito modificar el plugin de woocommerce, precisamente la parte de “checkout”, carrito de compras.
Cuando el cliente compra un producto, tiene  2 opciones:
Opción 1: Elegir envío estándar $250.
Opción 2: Lo retira en el local.

Lo que necesito es que cuando el usuario seleccione la opción 1: Estándar $250 se le despliegue un formulario con 4 campos a rellenar. Dirección: Código Postal: Provincia y E-mail.
Y que cuando seleccione la opción 2. “Lo retiro en el local” no se despliegue ningún formulario.
El precio del envió estándar de $250 se suma automáticamente al precio del producto, eso ya está resuelto y funcionando perfecto, y el formulario con los 4 campos a rellenar también está funcionando, solo faltaría configurar el plugin para que llame a ese formulario únicamente cuando seleccionen la opción 1 “Estándar $250”
