Quiero una aplicacion parecida a heygo, la idea y procesos ya esta establecidas.

Quiero que tenga posibilidad de crear usuarios, y proveedores de servicio como profesores, gasfiteros, fotografos,etc y que el usuario pueda contactar a los proveedores,contratar el servicio y pagar via app. Esto debe incluir un sistema fe calificaciones para evitar el spam y un sistema de identificación del proveedor para asegurar que sea real y sin antecedentes penales.
