Precisamos criar um "Options Theme" com campos para cadastro, que serão exibidos (ou não) no front.

Pode ser feito via Custom Post Types também.

Exemplo prático:

No painel do wp, teremos um menu chama do informações
dentro, criar alguns formulários :
- text
- botton radio
- checkbox

e criar uma referência para ser chamdo no front do site

tudo básico, sem nenhum tipo de tratamento no front.  Isso nós vamos fazer aqui, assim como completar as informações e funcionalidades do formulário.
