Sobre Android requiero que se desplieguen documentos informativos en diferentes ventanas agrupados por temas y que se cree una base de datos dando importancia a los mas relevantes, historicos etc..

Requerimos tener capacidad de agregar documentos de manera semanal y que el dispositivo adquiera la información y la integre a la base de datos, los documentos pueden ser en formato pdf, animacion ó video.
