Real Estate company looking for Smm and Seo to attract leads

We are a boutique real estate firm located in Long Island, NY.  We currently buy property in the New York City Metro area.  We are looking for a person/firm that can generate potential property leads through Google, Facebook or Instagram.



We are looking to increase our online presence and get leads either organically or through SMM.  We are looking for someone that has experience working with real estate related companies so they can guide us on the most effective way to attract potential clients online.

We have 2 targets we are going after.  The first target are people looking to sell their property quickly.  The second are people that have capital that are looking to invest in real estate passively.

  We are open to all strategies, even youtube as long as it yields results.

We currently market by using mailers and word of mouth.  We are hoping to covert to marketing strickly online if the campaigns go well and we see a return on our investment.  We are hoping this will lead to a long term relationship between us and you.
