Full time position to follow up with inbound Real Estate agent buyer leads.

Leads come into the CRM, you make outbound calls to set up appointments, and get paid hourly + closing bonuses per deal!

We offer bonuses, paid leaves, paid team lunches as well as flexible break schedules.

You will be trained on everything you need to do to succeed at this position, and we are looking for long term committed team members that are willing to work hard and grow!

Job Requirements:
- Available to work full time 40 hours a week
- Excellent English Written and Verbal communication skills
- Knowledgeable in using basic Google / MS applications
- Comfortable on the phones
- Goal-oriented, smart and committed
- Willing to work under Pacific Time zone
- Tech savvy
- with prior cold calling / appointment setting experience

Tech Requirements:
- Laptop/desktop with at least 4GB RAM and i3 processor
- Stable internet connection of at least 35mbps
- Private and Quiet Work Environment
- Backup internet and power source
- USB headset with noise cancellation feature
