Real Estate Wholesaling Deal Closer (Acquisition Manager)

We are a Real Estate Investor Group. We buy distressed properties. We are looking for an experienced "Deal Closer".
His job will be to call cold leads, qualify them, and take the motivated ones to sign a sale agreement (with us).
We need a person with high closing skills and on-the-phone proven experience.
Will work online so will be needing a PC or Laptop and a stable high internet connection.
We will provide communication platforms and CRM.
Will start working 4 hours per day for a trial period
The wage will be per hour plus a fee per closed contract.
Native English pronunciation is needed and Spanish talking preferred 
*Experience and skills have to be proven in a resume. We will not be hiring short experienced cold callers or telemarketers.
