Redesign Website Home Page

Looking for an experienced designer with super skills to put together a redesign for my website homepage: blackimpact.org Using similar content on the page, looking to create a two column site that has a place for users to "Pledge" directly from the home page vs. Having to click thru to another page. Will seek to add the copy on the page to the left side of the page, remove the dark background and generally make the page more appealing.

The Navigation bar links will be removed. The only purpose of the page will be to drive signups from home page and not encourage any additional click thrus from page. Home page design will also need to be mobile responsive.

This is a super easy project for a talented designer who can implement something quickly and of great quality. This is a price sensitive project. The lowest bid from a quality designer will be selected.
