Crear un sitio web donde se puedan registrar bicicletas (serie, color, marca, etc) se suba imagenes de la bicicleta, id del dueño y factura (si aun la tiene) y informacion basica del dueño.

Esto genera un ID unico de registro al cliente, se guarda la info y se genera un pdf que se envia por correo al cliente.

Posteriormente el cliente o cualquier tercero con el ID registro puede acceder y ver el historial de la bicicleta.

Puede haber un cobro (membresia) por mantener la informacion para la eventual venta a un tercero.
