Responsibilities:
General administrative and clerical support
In charge of the procurement process such as office supplies
Give support to managers and employees
Prepare documents and correspondence
Admin tasks such as collecting emails
Perform inventory and product descriptions
Handle incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and other communications to potential customers
Organize and maintain the company’s electronic files
Help with other administrative tasks from other departments
Must be logged in to Skype throughout the working time
Work with a time tracking system

Requirements:
Own computer
Good and stable internet connection
3 years experience as an administrative assistant
Good command of the English language
University degree not required
Organizational skills, Time management skills, multitasking and ability to prioritize
Attention to detail
Good written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office, Gmail and Google Suite
Willingness to help other employees

Working Hours:
9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Venezuelan Standard Time (VET) – Monday to Friday
