The basic function of the app is to allow users to book a room remotely from their mobile phone, while the said room is fitted with a display panel for room status. For booking the room from the display panel they can either scan nfc cards or scan the generated qr code from the display panel and then their mobile app triggers them to input the required details such as duration of usage, agenda etc... The app is also sync to their outlook account for booking using Microsoft outlook.
