Job skills and requirements

-bs/ms degree in business administration or a related field.
-Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
-Information, data gathering and analysis skills
-Decision Making and Problem Solving
-Teamwork
-Demonstrated ability to work independently and meet goals.

-Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written.
-Must have excellent follow-up skills and negotiating skills.
-Critical thinking - ability to create unique solutions to the customer's specific needs.




Responsibilities
-Achieve growth and hit sales targets.
-Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s      customer base and ensure it’s strong presence.
-Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.

-Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
