We are a cleaning company in Maryland, USA and we a looking for a sales representative. Work Schedule 8 am - 6 pm Eastern Time (1 hour lunch)

Project overview

Sales /  title:  salesperson responsible to:  office manager / owner purpose of position:   to convert leads to sales, correct service failures, assure outstanding customer satisfaction, relations, and communications. Duties & Responsibilities: Sales   Assure leads & prospects are followed up on and converted Follow up on and nurture quotes Enter all quotes and bookings into Launch27 Maintain or improve prospect conversion Document, track, measure (leads, conversions) Submit weekly reports to Office Manager Inform the Scheduling Coordinator when a time-slot has been filled Documentation in database Maintain daily stats Retention: "Cancellations" Follow up with a call / Book 5 Follow up on one time customers from the past offering services Responsibilities – Scheduling:  Book new cleaning appointments and recurring cleaning schedules. Daily communication with teams in the field (Slack) Optimize every technician’s day; strategically route technician travel in coordination with scheduler Take customer calls and accommodate reschedules. Reschedule jobs same day for absent employees, holidays, staff changes. Communicate with customers about schedule changes. Update computer with customer preferences, fee changes, day changes, etc. Customer Service – Handle (or return-call) all customer complaints timely  Arrange re-cleans, and follow ups.   Quality Control calls the day after the service (11-12 pm) Follow up on complaints Relay complaints to Operations Manager Make recommendations to management regarding trends, changes Document complaints, issue complaint forms to Cleaning Techs Make recommendations to Office Manager for Cleaning Tech discipline or termination Results Expected:  Convert prospects to sale at 50% or higher Book every converted lead timely Correct service failures, convert to raving-fan status High customer satisfaction through communication Quality service, customer satisfaction (low cancels, good online reviews) Improve Cleaning Tech quality & skill Understand and monitor sales trends Authority: 100% discretion on re-cleans, discounts, refunds 100% Cleaning Tech reprimand, correction 100% discretion over turning down problematic jobs / customers Minimum Qualifications:  1 year cleaning experience, 1 year sales, 1 year customer service experience, some computer skills, email, articulate correspondence, friendly, quality voice
