I need to compile a list of all the companies listed on CrunchBase.com and Angel.co in a certain geographic region. I want you to create a simple php script which uses their respective APIs, copies the data into one database.

Check for duplicates/merge the data for companies by cross referencing their URLs. We're trying to create a comprehensive list of all the startups in the region.


The simple admin should allow for viewing/editing/deleting listings. As well as merge of two listings.

Interface, use a simple twitter bootstrap template, UI/design is not important as this is an internal project.

Calculate on the list page the total number of companies in the database.
