Senior Backend Developer (Ruby on Rails)

Callbell is a SaaS company that provides a centralized & collaborative inbox for Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp, Instagram and Telegram which allows businesses to communicate with their customers in real-time on the messaging platform of their choice.

Our team, composed of more than 15 nationalities, is looking for a Senior Backend Developer (Ruby on Rails) fluent in English (the working language of the development team is exclusively English).


Profile sought:

You have 4+ years of experience in Ruby on Rails
You are able to design a scalable, efficient and pragmatic architecture for complex problems
You are a good teacher and are able to build a team with great skills
You have a thirst for complex and varied technical challenges
You are able to make proposals on the entire process and technical stack in order to allow us to build the best solution for our clients
Knowledge of Postgres and Redis is a big plus
Knowledge of Golang or minimal experience it’s a plus
