Estoy en busca de un sistema que funcione como esta pagina con dos tipos de usuarios registrados, el primero que se registre para ofrecerle un servicio hacia el segundo usuario que se registre,solo los usuarios que esten  registrados como los que ofrecen su ayuda estaran visibles en lista de personas conectadas ,por ultimo necesito que el registro de personas que ofrecen el servicio solo puedan ser manejado por el administrador.
