Realizar un desarrollo de un sistema de creditos, en el cual se realice el control de los prestamos, los pagos, la creacion de  una formula crediticia a la cual sea el credito predeterminado, registro de clientes, registro de usuarios, roles, listado de los pagos y multas sobres la no cancelacion en el tiempo indicado de los creditos.
