We sell yoga and meditation clothes in the Brazilian market.

We're looking for a native Brazilian to provide customer service support on facebook messenger and instagram, influencer management and real time comment moderation.

This mostly means:

Responding to queries about our products/ services/ promotions
Interacting with customers and ensuring on-brand responses
Being available/on standby to manage comments throughout the day

Our facebook page has approximately 100,000 fans and we have on average 100 conversations per month with customers. On instagram we have about 40,000 followers.

A lot of the above is possible from a mobile phone but you will need to use other digital tools as well such as facebook creative studio, slack & canva.

In total it's about 60 min per day of non-continuous work

Ideally you are:

Fluent in Engish, native in Brazilian portuguese
Be able to respond quickly throughout the day
Own both smartphone and laptop
Good knowledge of social media, apps & software

Bonus points if interested in meditation, yoga, buddhism, veganism, fair tarde or alternative lifestyle
