Specifications including all the features and integration details which will be included in the list of deliverables for this Project.
The Project will be Divided into two Admin Panel, The List of Features in each is listed below.

1) Master Admin
a) Login System via contractor website.
B) Business/Establishment Registration & Listing System
i) Business Name
ii) Contact No.
Iii) Address
iv) Email id
v) Set Username - Password
vi) List of customers
vii) Set listing of offers for each customer.
Viii) Customizable punch, points and offers cards with option to place image in the background and strip,
option to place QR code and Barcode as well to choose any amount of desire punches.
C) Register New Establishment / Suspend Existing Establishment / Delete Establishment
d) Stats System for the number of visitors on any Establishment / offers claimed.
E) Business Client List Download as a CSV and activity data with the option to separate by dates.
F) Stats System for the entire traffic on the system.
G) Incorporate end customer GPS geo referential information.

2) Business / Establishment Admin (Web App)
a) Business Analytics on Dashboard.
B) Users list with the requested information.
C) Registration of each user activity.
D) Mark in yellow customers who have been away for two weeks.
E) Mark in red customers that have been away for one month.
F) Send an email or text alert to manager whenever a customer receives a punch.
G) Running List of Programs with its stats, including each punch via Verifiers.
H) Add new Programs.
I) Punch Generator.

J) Create Unique QR code for each Loyalty/Punch, Points cards and design.
K) Customizable punch, points and offers cards with option to place image in the background and strip,
option to place QR code and Barcode as well to choose any amount of desire punches.
L) Create Offers - Claim Offers
m) Notification of what type of offer was claimed.
N) Register and authorize Pass Verifiers to scan the customers cards.
O) Ability to add points directly from the web app to any client.
P) Push Notifications to all the existing users via Wallet Passes.
Q) Preset and schedule Push Holiday messages to be sent to all the registered customers.
R) Preset and schedule Birthday Messages to be send on via Push Message and email to customer
automatically.
S) Schedule by hour and date Push messages.
T) Preset GPS push messages, to be sent only once
u) Notification to establishment or business order whenever an employee gives a punch with details on
how many punches were applied.

3) Android / IOS App Integration for Wallet passes and Pass Verifier (Web Registration on Wallet Passes is Required, and Registration as a ISSUER on Pass Verifier is also required)
a) Customer QR Scan via Wallet Passes, In response to qr scan user will be taken to our present url
and has to enter the following details in successful submission of this data a new unique qr code for this
user is created and saved on wallet passes.
I) Name
ii) Email Address
iii) Contact Number
iv) Birthdate
v) Any other field required has to be clarified. And if it can be created on Wallet passes as well.
B) All the integration features are subject to depending on what is allowed with Wallet passes & Pass Verifier.

Contractor requirements

General Characteristics of the Software and Non-disclosure agreement
1. Software will be developed in PHP.
2. The code developed will be property of the contractor Carlos Antonio Melara Ventura, natural
from El Salvador, Central America.
3. The software has to reside in contractor virtual private server.
4. The software has be to multitenant, meaning that can be used by many resellers, according to
the “Software as a Service” Business Model. This is also known as “White Label Web
Application”. This also mens that will be one super administrator, who is the only user that
can create, edit, suspend or delete, administrator users.
The administrators will create the
business owners and employee users, who will have access and different privileges in the
dashboard or backend. Every administrator account can reside in its own domain or
subdomain.
5. The software should be commented and documented in order to further developed by the
same or other developer.
6. The Software has to be able to be amplified toward other services in the same direction, that is
of customer loyalty, by implementing in the future new marketing mechanisms, for example,
developing an end customer referral and rewarding system.
