Desarrollo de la Aplicacion para dispositivos moviles, aplicacion que debera geo localizar al ciudadano mediante el gps, de acuerdo a la ubicacion debera identificar a que distrito del Peru pertenece, identificando el lugar el software le direccionara al Distrito que corresponde el aporte o participacion.  En el dipositivo movil se requiere emitir fotografias y la el reporte de secuencia de procesos que se dara en cada municipalidad, esta secuencia de procesos y/o atenciones debera ser notificado permanentemente al denunciante o al vecino que aporte la participacion.
