Solucion de problema con Owlcarousel en Magento

Necesito programador con altos conocimientos en magento para solucionar el problema en Magento 2.2.

El error corresponde al JS del slider principal y que se presente con este codigo en la consola de chrome

Aunque hay bastante informacion en internet del error, no tengo los conocimientos para la solucion.

Requerido:
- Se necesita la solucion final del bug.
- Documentar los cambios realizados para tenerla en caso que se repita.
