Someone to handle / edit my photos - Alguém para manipular / editar minhas fotos

I am a photographer and do rehearsals and events. I am slow to handle my photos and would like to pass on this work to anyone who is good and detailed (light and color in Lightroom and treatment in Photoshop skin treatment) I give the reference to be followed (I know what I want for each job)

Sou fotografo e faço ensaios e eventos. Sou lento para tratar as minhas fotos e gostaria de repassar esse trabalho para quem bom e detalhista (tratamento luz e cor no Lightroom + tratamento de pele Photoshop) dou a referencia a ser seguida (sei o que quero para cada trabalho)
