We are looking for an enthusiastic English-speaking Technical Support Agent to join our team long term. You will be the first port of call for users in need and represent Leadformly by advising effectively on issues and doubts, solving the more technical and tricky issues. You are a great communicator with buckets of patience, happy to explain things in a logical way, with step-by-step directions.
Some sales and marketing experience would be really valuable.
This is a contract (freelance) position, requiring availability-on call between 8am and 6pm ARGENTINA time and committing to 5 hours work each week. Candidates must be able to connect within 2 hours of receiving a query.
The successful candidate will be offered a competitive hourly rate of up to ARS 250 depending on experience + bonus on performance and plenty of flexibility to organise your own schedule. Our remote workers must have all of their own equipment to qualify for the position. Full training is provided.
- 2+ years in customer service or technical support role.
- Technical mind and inquisitive by nature with strong ability to debug and solve problems
- Calm, confident, clear communicator
- Fluent in English
- Availability on call (8am - 6pm)
