We need a graphic designer with lots of experience (or talent, or both ;) to design a logo for us. We have the product almost done (our ETA is 2 months from now), but we still don't have a logo. We have some ideas about it, however we are open to hear yours once you know more about the project. Our product is a social media aggregator (it's fine if you google it ;). All the decisions we made about the design of our app were taken by us, a team of developers, no graphic designers involved, so we are open to change whatever is needed if the change is positive.
We'll certainly need a person in the team in the long-term.
