Looking for experts/ SMEs with 10 to 15+ years of experience in Telecom Equipment domain in Argentina and Mexico markets. The SME is expected to have worked either in Sales & marketing function of telecom equipment (router, modem, fiber etc.) Providers or in advisory capacity to Telecom Operators (Movistar, Telcel, Claro, Nextel etc.). SME's contribution to the project will be in terms of following:
1. Use his/her market knowledge in Argentina and Mexico, to identify key players in Router, Modem and Fiber space
2. Help identify strengths and weakness of telecom equipment vendors in these countries
3.
Provide inputs on key channel partners for each major telecom equipment provider in the countries
4. Help with details of channel engagement programs of major providers
5. Help identify key System Integrator for Corporate Networks and Carrier Networks
6.
Help identify pricing models prevalent in the market
7. Describe competitive strategy adopted by different players
8. Help with similar other inputs on telecom equipment market in Argentina and Mexico
Ideally these inputs should come from the deep knowledge and experience on SME in Telecom Equipment market across these countries
