Programmer needs to know and understand how Telegram works, and must know how to use Telegram bot API.

When a new user joins a Telegram Group chat, the app (bot) must wake yp and send a CSV string to the Telegram Group owner/creator
The string consist of 10 values.
These 10 values are:-
1.  User's Emai default email-ID (extracted from device)
2.

User's Mobile (phone) nbr. (Extracted from phone)
3. User's Name (user input, or extracted from device)
4.

User's Purchaser Phase and Lot ID (format: P/L)
5. User Input 1 (field programable at implementation stage).
6. User Input 2 (field programable at implementation stage).
7. User Input 3 (field programable at implementation stage).
8. User Input 4 (field programable at implementation stage).
9. User Input 5 (field programable at implementation stage).
10. User Input 6 (field programable at implementation stage).
