Application for Android.
The application should be able to :
PING a specified destination
Traceroute to a specified destination
Measure wifi signal quality

It should do all these tests, and then send the results (call a url ), to a server. If network is not available, it should store internally, and send when network becomes available.

The application will grow. But this are the initial specs.

Require all the Source Code.

Please, only qualify if you have some experience in network. If you dont know what is a ping or traceroute, do not waste your time or mine. I do not have a fixed budget, if you can make sure the job is done, we can negotiate.
