We are a company doing digital services for the agriculture (
www.metos.at) and our clients are farmers. We just start to go digital with our sales and marketing activities. So we are basically beginners.
The only thing that exists is a Webshop.
We need a Viral marketing specialist, who can help us to hack our growth and bring massive traffic to our website and landing page. This can be via our existing Facebook page (we have one called Metos LATAM, in our experience, it's the medium the farmers use most) and other social media, you have a Data base of about 2500 emails / names of potential clients at your disposal and of course, you are expected come up with your own creative ideas.

important: we DON'T NEED a strategy, business plan, concept,
etc...No theory, only practice and quick results! You need to bring the user traffic.
Important 2: attention, farmers are not the most connected population! it will be more difficult than selling shoes to consumers in cities!
We're talking about an engagement of at least 3 months part time. To get the job, you need to have a proven track record in growth hacking and viral marketing. We want to understand how you approach the task and what are your ideas.
What do you think how many users can you generate?
We also want you to work with a mixed schema between fixed payment and success fees. Please tell us your ideas on that.
