Our company is a real estate company legally based in the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico and the State of Virginia USA. Our company is seeking a virtual assistant to become part of our company.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Answer and direct phone calls; organize correspondence and answer emails
Prepare and organize databases and reports
Schedule appointments for our agents, open houses, and other real estate activities.
Handle confidential employer and client information
Take notes or transcribe meetings
Present excellent customer-service skills to customers and clients
Manage filing systems, update records, and organize documentation
Prepare and create PowerPoint presentations and materials as needed; research materials and sources for presentations
Provide support to our Transaction Coordinator
Bilingual- English and Spanish
