Blue Clean is a cleaning company based Sydney - Australia since 2013, specialised in Residential, Commercial and Accommodation Cleaning for short term rentals.  A Virtual Assitant is required to provide sales and customer service and team support with organsing bookings from our customers and assigning jobs to cleaning contractors.

This role involves managing Apps such as Guesty, Slack and Launch27 to run our daily operations and provide the best solution possible to the day to day challenges.

You will have good organisational skills, high attention to detail, be solution oriented and have excellent communication skills. You must speak English and Spanish native or fluent .

Project overview

Blue Clean is after a long term Virtual Assistant who is keen to build strong relationships with our customers and teams and who enjoys being part of team and learn from the process. You must will speak Spanish and English as most of our contractors speak Spanish and all our customers speak English. You will be the main point of contact to liase between the two to be able to complete the bookings.
