We need someone to upgrade our mailing server

Hi everyone ,
We have our mailing system hosted on our private dedicated server , but we have some problems building a good reputation and we need to improve our sending stability .
Our goal is to reach a sending volume of 100k email per day and those emails must go to inbox to all mailboxes like Gmail , Outlook , Hotmail , GMX , Orange etc..
So please we need freelancer that can do this job for us .
