Procuro por um profissional com experiência em Web Api / Web Service.

QUAL A NECESSIDADE:
- Criar um um Webapi com o objetivo de retornar informações de endereço quando consultado um cep válido;

quais os atributos que irão retornar na consulta?
- tipo lagradouro (rua, avenida...);
- Nome Lagradouro;
- Bairro;
- Cidade;
- Cidade IBGE;
- Estado;
- Latitude;
- Longitude;
- ddd;
- cep ativo/inativo;

outras informações:
- linguagem: c#
- banco de dados: sql server 2014 versão(12.0.2000)
- Pretendemos consumir a WebAPI via REST
*Preciso de uma DLL em C# com exemplo para consumir.
