I want to build a web based system & android apps for gateway.

1. Using phone accessibility & gesture to send message automatically
2. Have web based to connect the phone  via apps
3. Can upload excell for number list
4.
Can send text & photo

This system not use any api gateway, only use phone accessibility to send message.

Need someone experienced with whatsapp system.
