Basado en Wireframes que se entregaran, es necesario presentar el boceto del diseño del sitio (noticias/blog). Es un sitio de 3-4 paginas: pagina principal con articulos, pagina con articulos, pagina de resultados de busqueda y quizas una cuarta pagina que es el diseño de como internamente se subiran los articulos. Una vez aprobado el diseño, la persona debera entregar los html y css.
El sitio debe de ser responsivo. El sitio no necesita adminitrar contenidos, lo que necesitamos es la parte de front-end.
