Customer will be an account. Onle logged, will upload files with blueprints.
By the api in server, this will br processed in terms of qualify it (this api already exist).

The result will be a list of attributes (like size, avaiability, etc) and this will be matched with a list of providers, and based in some criteria, will result in a list of possible providers and price for each one to supply the product. This list must be geo-oriented, ordered by distance of customer.
At this point, customer more or less already have a quotation of this.
If wish, will close the deal and pay for it. Money will be get by site, site will order this to provider, and when customer release payment (after receive the result)  the provider receives the amount, with some payback to site.
All managements of customers, providers, payments, etc must be enrolled in this project.
