Website for three vacation rental properties, Lake Atitlan Guatemala

I need a wordpress site, I have purchased the tropicana theme. I have three rental properties and a restaurant. The main page should have a slider with the four properties, with a link to a page with each, with a description.
Each page will have a description with maybe 10 -15 pictures. There is a page with San Marcos La Laguna, Solola, Guatemala where the rentals are located to give some info and pictures about the town and activities. I think a contact page is enough, I don't think that I want to take reservations directly through the website.
I can do that through contact or referral to the airbnb sites they are listed on. Possibly another page with some rental rules and suggestions for travel??? I have a website blindlemons.com that I have just paid for for another two years hosting and want to use that site....I also have a registered name 7volcanes.com that I think would be better to use now. I think we take the old website down and replace with the new wordpress that you put together for me.
