I have a wordpress website recently launched.
We used a purchased theme to develop the website.

We originally used one theme to work, but then halfway we changed and switched to another theme.

After launching the new website 3 weeks ago,  recently we noticed that in google search,  the website appeared in the search engine, the name of the old theme appearing as a link.  When clicked, it actually bring us to the current website home page.  So we want to remove the old theme name which is not relevant to our website but yet appear in the description of the google search.
