World Nomad School Business Proposal

(2nd posting - 1st attempt to explain what artistic/design talent I am trying to find.)
I am trying to found a new type of school for small communities across the globe.

The company Mosaic Modular - Guide attached, are busy in the Bahamas post hurricane currently. They were going to design a modular form of our treehouse classroom for using in our World Nomad Schools.
I need an architectural artist to take their product specs and tech to create/draw 1 or 2 images of the Treehouse Design.

(The Director knows I am sub-contracting to help progress the ideas.)
I am after:
1) An architecturally sound sketch (quality like attached Renders) but of what our Treehouse Classroom design could look like. We need this for the business proposal for investors, parents and students to imagine studying in.
THEN: (or and if part of the process)
2) Full precise design plan drawing to same dimensions as DESIGN attached for use in roughly planning the land area needed for the project.


Only other information that exists currently, apart from a further discussion with Freelancer:

My amateur sketches of my first ideas (modular design sp).
Plan DESIGN of a Mosaic Modular house - the squares indicated match the internal dimensions (height and width when laid down) of a 40cbm shipping container (Two modules per container).
So each square in plan is 60sqft or approx 8ftx8ft. Height would be
These modules can be stacked up to three floors. Therefore our 3 levels design.


Beyond this we need to find someone with the architectural design and artist skills to draw something visual for us now and the skills to develop the design with us and The Mosaic Modular team later.

If you know you can do this and hopefully then consult through to a construction design then please quote for our first sketch.
