Hi, we are FQN CommUnity Network, a social-profit community organization looking for help to transform the world.
All workers are required to speak fluent professional English, and work collaboratively as a team during real-time scheduled sessions.
The Position is required to be able to work directly with the CEO, Executive Committee, and the HR Board in a beneficial capacity to follow through on top priorities including finances, taxes, recruitment, budget, payroll and management.
Doing Real-Time Viritual Assistnat Sessions is required from all team members during Americas time, so we need someonewho can cooridnate worker scheudles, and schedule a minimum of 2 Viritual Assistant Sessions per week. Otherwise we look for someone else to do the job.
Additionally we are focusing on our new world recruitment during daylight hours in the Americas.
In the short term our primary work is operational, accounting, and financial support to just build a functional organization.
We need people who are committed to seeing the world transform to improve individual people's lives, and to do the hard financial and operational work, foundational to any organization.

We are looking to hire a new Deputy that is responsible to oversee our Executive Viritual Assistant Schedule.
We also have other positions availble including Operations, Treasure Support, Recruitment, Taxes, Payroll & Budget, Volunteers, and Decision Makers.
We are an OPEN organization, and we allow anyone to join our organization as long as they are not getting upfront pay. Therefore sometimes people join that can be difficult to deal with.
When that happens it is important to stick together. As an Open organization, we are a mini version of the world. If there are 10 workers, and 8 of them leave because of a bully, then the bully wins.
The world is the way it is because people don't stick together and don't support eachother when bullies are around. WE have policies and conduct codes to ensure that no bully can win, but it takes effort from everyone to make sure the policies are followed and we address the issues one at a time. Just be paitent if we get into a contention and don't take it personally.
We are doing good work and we just need people to step up and help us launch and get our programs and income stablized. We are here to help people around the world.
We are hiring full time workers, part time, as well as substitutes. Substitute workers will be guaranteed 1 week of work per month, and then can get more hours when full time workers take leave or don't show up.
