Qualifications

Key Responsibilities
• Sources, screens, and provides shortlists of qualified candidates for various divisions of Foundation
• Meet with foundation team to have a full-scale understanding of the open positions
• Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates with the utmost professionalism and respect
• Fulfill the entire recruiting process from end to end and hire the personal required
• Gather and provide feedback to the foundation team on how we could improve
